A1 Engraving & Signs Delivery and Returns

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They exclude VAT, and delivery charges.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the chosen delivery cost, plus vat. All these costs are clearly set out in your shopping basket before you submit your order.

All orders despatched by first class post are not insured. By selecting Royal Mail Special Delivery your goods will be insured up to £500, by selecting courier you may choose the level of insurance required for your order. (Insurance is in accordance with the individual carrier’s terms and conditions)

Next day/am deliveries may incur additional carriage charges.

Deliveries outside the UK will be charged according to the destination. An approximate cost can be provided on request.

Orders that are sent by 1st class post: We do not accept responsibility for these orders if they are lost, stolen or arrive damaged in transit.

Orders that are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and courier: We are able to track these orders, but please be advised that your goods are not insured for consequential loss. If you require this service we can provide this at additional cost. Please contact the sales office for further information.

If you are unable to check your goods on delivery, please write unchecked on the delivery paperwork before signing.

Delivery schedule: We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 5 to 7 working days of placing your order or on approval of your artwork. This is subject to stock availability and the size of your order.

If you specify a delivery date we will despatch your goods by your chosen method and by the despatch date requested. You will be advised if this cannot be achieved. We will not accept responsibility for goods delayed by your selected carrier

Fast Track Service: We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of order payment or on approval of your artwork. This is subject to stock availability and the size of your order.

If you specify a delivery date we will despatch your goods by your chosen method and by the despatch date requested. You will be advised if this cannot be achieved. We will not accept responsibility for goods delayed by your selected carrier.

Tax Charges: All orders are subject to VAT charged at the current rate.

Returns Policy: You may return all items within 7 days for a full refund or replacement. Engraved or personalized goods, packing and carriage charges will not be refunded.

Non engraved items may be subject to a restocking charge.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time up to your order being engraved, however once the production/design process has started your order will be subject to the standard artwork/origination charge (£30+vat).

Damaged Goods: If your goods arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials and notify us within three days. We will advise you of the carrier and tracking number for you to make a claim.
